Refunds

We understand that customers may not always receive a product as expected or change their mind after purchasing an item. However, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds/exchange now unless you receive a faulty item with defects. Since all our products are thoroughly checked before being shipped, there should be no damage. Our items have detailed descriptions and if you need more support knowing what kind of products you will receive, you can get in touch with us at any time.

If you feel you have received a faulty item, please get it in touch within 24 hours of receiving the item to see how we can help resolve the issue.

Please take note that this is at our discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse a faulty product back if we believe it is reasonable to do so.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we do not offer any cancellations as we try to process orders promptly.
